Vision BoardingMonday 15th May
Choose from an am or pm workshop FREE According to the ancients, a Vision Quest is about creating a vision of the future. In the past it was used as an initiation rite by some indigenous cultures. In this modern day equivalent workshop you will create your own vision board to help you understand what you want from your life and where you want to go. We use the ancient notion of creating a sacred space so you can display what you want and bring it to life. When you create a vision board and place it in a place where you see it often, you end up doing visualization every day. Visualization is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do. According to the ancients, when you are visualizing you are emitting a powerful frequency out into the Universe. |
